We want to give you an update during these unprecedented and trying times.
We are assessing and monitoring, on a daily basis, advisories from the CDC and the Minnesota Department of Health.
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our number one priority. Thankfully, as of today, there has not been any disruptions to our operation or service.
As a precautionary measure, we have enhanced our already rigorous sanitation procedures. We have increased the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices throughout the hotel.
We continue to regularly disinfect all common areas and high-touch surfaces along with additional preventative measures.
We are providing our staff with ongoing information and procedures for best-practices for remaining healthy and encouraging them to stay home if they are not feeling well.
The CDC’s Waterborne Disease Prevention Branch has said that there is no evidence at this time that the COVID-19 virus can be spread through the use of hot tubs and swimming pools.
The use of chlorine along with proper operation and maintenance should remove or inactivate the COVID-19 virus. We will continue to operate our swimming pools to the highest sanitation levels and procedures.
